Harmful or Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in phishing, social engineering, or fraud
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence

Platform Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Circumvent access controls, authentication, or tier restrictions
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content without permission
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free tiers

AI Feature Abuse

  • Attempt to extract system prompts, training data, or internal configurations from our AI features
  • Use AI features to generate content that violates this policy
  • Deliberately attempt to make AI features produce harmful, misleading, or illegal output
  • Use AI features for high-volume automated content generation without authorisation

Content Restrictions

  • Redistribute, republish, or resell content from paid tiers without authorisation
  • Share access credentials with unauthorised individuals
  • Record, screenshot, or distribute patron-tier content outside the platform

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@techkitchen.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning and request to cease the activity
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our discretion.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
